finally going to sentosa

,wake up late yesterday

supposed meet 1030am

end up meet 12plus,opps...

quickly prepared egg mayonise sandwich and fruits

and off we go.....

sentosa here we come....

so long nv go sentosa,such a nice feeling

here change alot sia

getting more convenient

i should come often man

nw heading to beach yipeee

freaking hot

a fun game, i must practice hard

next time challenge wif them hehe

played awhile me and dido complained hand pain

sereen oso complained haha
only andy feel nothing
end up the ball play us haha

the kids enjoyed very much esp jovan

1st time play sand

she is soooooooo guai,she behaved very well

and she take care of didi quite well

im proud of her

played untill he dozed off

this guy enjoyed His BEACH BOY life

suntan and so on.......veri funny lor

生活很多彩

yipee two more days,friday........
hmmm,wat should i do on fri?
oh no,im not going clubbing
i wana relax and let my liver have a good good good rest
tml i shall plan my friday nite hehe
but i must sleep early cos sat im going to SENTOSA
soooooo happy,going to beach play volleyball,sun tan and picnic
should i drive in? more convenient rite?!!!!!! shall consider hehe
nv drive looong loong time abit nervous lei :P
my nono is celebrating bdae tml nite,hapi for her
nono, 1 yr older hahaha..... must apply lotsa lotsa of firming moisturizer
to cover up ur age ar, i do the same thing too hehehe
hmmm,i m not sure whether can i make it cos must work sia
dun noe wat time reach sg, nono i will try my best ok
hmmm wat should i get for her?!!!!! haiz,headache
shall i cook for her and bring it to her hse?

i always cooked this for myself and my baobei

Job'tears(barley) and lily bulb congee
barley ( job's tears) can expel heat nd induce diuresis.Lily bulbs CAN
nourish and moisten the skin. They are good for the accumulation of skin pigment.

30g barley
6 g lily bulbs
20g rice

1. wash job's tears(barley) and lily bulbs. soak in warm water for 20 mins.
remove and drain
2. wash rice.add job's tears(barley) and lily bulbs, mix well. Transfer to pot
pour 1 litre of water. bring to the boil,reduce heat and cook for 1 hr.

eat twice a day with an empty stomach, a little sugar or honey can be added as
seasoning.

i learnt this from a book,hehehe

maybe u guys can try it

last week went to novena church get my rosary and chain

u guys must be wondering,full of doubt rite lols

no doubt

yep,i go to church evry sun

but nowsadays i m quite slack,lazy to attend

missed lotsa of mass....i must be sincere

haiz,this weekend die die must go

contiune my journal ahahaha

went to have steamboat wif my bro and sis in law

recommended ny mediacorp too

look at the q,we went there ard 4 to 5

the Q is alrdy damn long luckily my sis in law

reached early,they managed to get E table without queing long

if not we r going to end up lke them

SAD to say that we can only share one pot
five adults 2 bbs,can u imagine? quite pathetic

there's no free flow of drinks,we ordered 3 x

tink we spent more on the drinks lols

overall is nice but soup toooooo salty

dido, sis in law feel sooooo thirsty after buffet

im ok with e soup,quite tasty

but there's one thing i dont like

very very very very crowded,squeezing

i hardly can walk,the service is damn slow

very very stuffy too

i dont like the amosphere but one thing for sure

the steamboat is damn cheap

Sadness has overcome us all. Either caused by a relative or close friend's death or from the girl who broke our heart. We all handle situations differently, some good, some bad. But what makes us who we are is not defined by our times of happiness, but by our times of sadness.
Anger
Emotions sometime cause us to become angry at a situation. Our mind causes us to become angry with others and release our despair.
Depressing
Depression is the worst of all sadness. We are hurt so bad that we stop eating, sleeping, hanging out with friends and sometimes even turn to suicide. Our worst nightmare came true and we can't find a way out.
