yipee two more days,friday........
hmmm,wat should i do on fri?
oh no,im not going clubbing
i wana relax and let my liver have a good good good rest
tml i shall plan my friday nite hehe
but i must sleep early cos sat im going to SENTOSA
soooooo happy,going to beach play volleyball,sun tan and picnic
should i drive in? more convenient rite?!!!!!! shall consider hehe
nv drive looong loong time abit nervous lei :P
my nono is celebrating bdae tml nite,hapi for her
nono, 1 yr older hahaha..... must apply lotsa lotsa of firming moisturizer
to cover up ur age ar, i do the same thing too hehehe
hmmm,i m not sure whether can i make it cos must work sia
dun noe wat time reach sg, nono i will try my best ok
hmmm wat should i get for her?!!!!! haiz,headache
shall i cook for her and bring it to her hse?

i always cooked this for myself and my baobei

Job'tears(barley) and lily bulb congee
barley ( job's tears) can expel heat nd induce diuresis.Lily bulbs CAN
nourish and moisten the skin. They are good for the accumulation of skin pigment.

30g barley
6 g lily bulbs
20g rice

1. wash job's tears(barley) and lily bulbs. soak in warm water for 20 mins.
remove and drain
2. wash rice.add job's tears(barley) and lily bulbs, mix well. Transfer to pot
pour 1 litre of water. bring to the boil,reduce heat and cook for 1 hr.

eat twice a day with an empty stomach, a little sugar or honey can be added as
seasoning.

i learnt this from a book,hehehe

maybe u guys can try it
